PAYMENT

Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we've received and verified your payment. To secure your preferred session date and time, we recommend completing the payment promptly.

CANCELLATIONS

All bookings are considered final and non-refundable. We understand life can be unpredictable, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We're happy to do our best to accommodate your request. Please note there is a $250 rebooking fee when a reschedule is made within 7 days.

LATE ARRIVALS 

We know unexpected things can happen. If you think you might be late, please contact us before your scheduled start time. While we'll do our best to be flexible, significant delays may impact your session time due to other bookings. Thank you for your understanding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please:

Choose the right equipment: Select equipment that suits your specific needs.

Operate equipment safely: Use our equipment correctly. If you need help, please ask.

Prioritise safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including using sandbags on light stands.
Take responsibility: You're accountable for any missing or damaged equipment. Please report any issues promptly.
Supervise your group: You're responsible for the actions of everyone in your party, including children and pets.

Respect the cyclorama: Avoid standing on or above the curve of the cyclorama.

Studio Maintenance:  Please take care when using the cyclorama. A $600 + GST fee will be charged for repainting or any damages.

If you intend to bring a vehicle into the studio, please notify us beforehand. Unannounced vehicle entry and significant damage will result in a cleaning fee.
